At approximately 386,000 square feet, Building R, located on the SAS Institute World Headquarters campus in Cary, NC, recently achieved LEED® for Existing Buildings (LEED® O+M) Gold Certification. The LEED® O+M rating system provides operational and maintenance strategies to maximize an existing building’s performance while reducing its impact on the environment.

Services Provided

Our team conducted the required ASHRAE Level I building energy assessment for the facilities and assisted with the documentation of several other requirements of the  LEED® v3 O+M rating system.  In addition, our team commissioned the existing building systems and documented and measured the building’s ventilation requirements.
