Building EnergetiCx provided Fundamental Commissioning for Little, currently the largest architectural firm in Charlotte, NC. After occupying their previous space for over 30 years, Little was excited to bring their own innovations into their workplace design. Their new 60,000-sq.-ft. office in Uptown Charlotte will focus on building sustainability and a flexible work environment. In addition to the low flow fixtures, led lighting, and occupancy sensors which helped earn a LEED® Silver Certification, this building also includes an interconnecting staircase reaching an entire three levels. Building EnergetiCx is recognized for the part it played in ensuring Little’s new office space met the standards for LEED® certification.
