The Frösunda Office Building in Solna, Sweden has achieved LEED® Gold Certification as certified by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).  The project is an approximately 63,000 ft², four story building, consisting of general office space with conference rooms, storage rooms, private offices, open offices, and an underground parking garage.  The project has key sustainable features such as central geothermal heating and cooling, chilled beams, photovoltaic panels, a green roof, radiant slabs, and occupancy lighting controls.

Our team provided LEED® v3 NC Fundamental Commissioning Services for the mechanical, lighting, and plumbing systems.  In addition our team performed Design Reviews, Building Energy Simulation, Measurement and Verification Plan, ASHRAE Standards 62.1 Calculations, and support for several other LEED® credits.
