Environamics, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a contracting company that specializes in interior construction and movable walls. The company recently relocated their headquarters to an existing one-story warehouse with office space. The existing 12,500 square foot office was renovated to create a showcase exhibit of Environamics’ interior finish products including custom drywall details, glass partitions, and wood and fabric finishes. With sustainability at their core, Environamics placed a high priority on achieving a LEED® certification for the office renovation. The project included energy efficient HVAC systems and LED lighting. The project has achieved LEED® CI Certification by the USGBC.

Services Provided
LEED® Commissioning: Our team provided Enhanced commissioning for the project. The commissioned systems included the packaged rooftop air handling units, Dx split systems, exhaust systems, lighting control systems, plumbing fixtures, and domestic heating water systems. Commissioning was a key factor in ensuring that the systems were operating as intended.
LEED® Consulting: Our team provided LEED® consulting services for the project guiding the project team towards certification. As part of the process our team led LEED® meetings, tracked the project credits and progress, provided credit guidance, reviewed credit documentation and completed the certification process.
