Zach Priester, Commissioning Technician for Building EnergetiCx, recently earned the LEED Accredited Professional designation by the US Green Building Council with a specialty in Operations and Maintenance (O+M).  Zach has been a key team member in working on several LEED O+M projects and supporting existing building commissioning.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), is the most widely-accepted environmental design and green building certification in the United States.  The LEED Accredited Professional (AP) credential professionals with advanced knowledge in green building as well as expertise in a particular LEED rating system.  LEED AP O+M distinguishes professionals implementing sustainable practices, improving performance, heightening efficiency and reducing environmental impact in existing buildings through enhanced operations and maintenance.
