The Charlotte Housing Authority new headquarters location at 400 East Boulevard received LEED® Certification. The project included a complete renovation of an existing 53,000 ft² facility. The facility consists of two separate buildings connected via a three-story atrium. The east wing of the facility is a two-story building, and the west wing of the building is a three-story building over two levels of open parking.
Our team provided Fundamental Commissioning Services for the mechanical, lighting, and plumbing systems. The commissioned systems included a condenser water system with water source heat pumps, several variable volume temperature rooftop units with variable volume terminal units, lighting control systems, and domestic heating water systems.
