Building EnergetiCx President, Shane Nault, was part of a panel discussion for the AIA 2030 Challenge Series in Charlotte.  The final session, Session X, was a session on “Putting It All Together: Achieving 2030 Goals on the Project + At the Office”.  Mr. Nault provided an overview for the group about the importance of “Right Sized” equipment and the tools available to obtain accurate data.   This is important in evaluating load reduction strategies to achieve a Net Zero Energy Building (NZEB).
