Indoor air quality within buildings is important for the health and well being of its occupants.  Building EnergetiCx can provide clients with the required indoor air quality testing to comply with LEED® Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) credit 3.2 requirements.  The process begins with the identification of potential issues prior to construction in order to develop strategies that will prove to be successful.  These strategies will include; HVAC Protection, Source Control, Pathway Interruption, Housekeeping, and Scheduling.

Our team can direct and conduct the required air quality testing to demonstrate and document that the maximum concentrations of the following contaminants is not exceeded. The number of samples to be collected varies with the square footage of the space as well as the number of air handlers servicing an area.
