Project Description:
Building EnergetiCx provided Green Globes® Consulting services to support the construction team on this project. The project consisted of an office fit-out of the entire fourth floor of the Nexton building, totaling approximately 25,000 ft² of the newly constructed 103,000 ft² building. The fit-out included large open office areas, conference / breakout rooms, private offices, and break area. This project is the first Four (4) Green Globes certified building for Sustainable Interiors in the United States.

The Building EnergetiCx team supported the general contractor in documenting the construction waste management, indoor air quality, and materials used on the project to meet Green Globes Sustainable Interiors requirements. In addition we worked with the assessment team and architect to complete the certification.
