Project Description:
Building EnergetiCx is currently providing LEED® enhanced commissioning services for the new Kannapolis City Middle School that will be constructed adjacent to the existing middle school. The building will be a two-story structure and contain classrooms, administration area, dining, auditorium, music room, media center, dance room, art room, gymnasium, band and a choir room.
This project is expecting to achieve a LEED® Gold rating, which would make it the first LEED® Certified building in the school district.
