Project Description:
The new Frösunda office building in Solna, Sweden is an approximately 63,000 ft², four story building, consisting of general office space with conference rooms, storage rooms, private offices, open offices, and an underground parking garage. The project is expected to achieve a LEED® Gold rating.

Services Provided:
Our associates performed Building Energy Simulation, Measurement and Verification, Indoor Air Quality Testing and Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning in accordance with the LEED® v3 rating system. The building systems include a hybrid geothermal system combined with chilled beams, and a solar hot water heating system.
