Project Description:
Building EnergetiCx provided LEED® enhanced commissioning services for the new branch bank located in the up and coming Mueller Market District that serves as a testing ground of innovations in sustainable design strategies. The single story building has an inviting lobby, private offices, teller line, and break area.
This project is expected to receive a LEED® Gold certification from the USGBC and features an integrated building automation system that connects to a central location, high SEER HVAC systems, and daylighting control systems.
