Project Description:
Building EnergetiCx is providing LEED® enhanced commissioning services for Beacon Partner’s new development in Charlotte, North Carolina. The proposed seven story office building, with a 636 space parking garage, will feature 15,000 square feet of retail space, with plans for a coffee shop, casual lunch spot and an upscale restaurant. The building will also include a conference center, workout facility with locker rooms, and three outdoor patios and a rooftop terrace with views of uptown.
This project is expected to receive a LEED® Gold certification from the USGBC and features an energy efficient HVAC condenser water system with an integrated building automation system.
