Project Description:
Ninth Street: Building EnergetiCx provided LEED® commissioning services for the development. Ninth Street is a luxury multi‐family community (303 living units) development comprising of ten (10) buildings interconnected around a four‐level parking garage. The four‐story buildings comprising Circle Ninth Street include outdoor amenities such as a community park, dog park, central lawn, fitness courtyard and a resort‐style saltwater pool. Other amenities include a 4,000 ft² state‐of‐the-art athletic club and leasing office. The luxury apartment homes include studio, one and two bedroom apartments.

This project is expected to achieve a LEED® Certification rating. Commissioning was a key factor in ensuring that the systems were operating as intended and improved the overall quality of the project. The owner saw more than a 20% reduction in punch list items during their final walk through.

Cameron Village: Building EnergetiCx provided LEED® commissioning services for the development. Cameron Village is a luxury multi‐family community (282 living units) development comprising of a seven story building constructed over a parking garage with a center courtyard and 17,000 ft2 of street-level retail. The amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, demonstration kitchen, club room and game room with shuffleboard, poker tables and flat-screen televisions.

This project is expected to achieve a LEED® Certification rating. Commissioning was a key factor in ensuring that the systems were operating as intended and improved the overall quality of the project. Our team worked with the owner to document, monitor and verify the correction of several installation issues.
